Chris Vogel, CEO & Cofounder
Chris has over 25 years of transformational leadership in large organizations. His technical experience brings practical application of Lean/Six Sigma/Operational Excellence and other tools learned from continuous improvement disciplines. Chris leverages his experience and knowledge leading his team to help companies transform their processes, physical environment, and most importantly, mindset. As the CEO of MIPRO, Chris and his team work directly with all levels of leadership and processes to drive customer value.
Eric Ohlson, Partner & Cofounder
Eric has 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive from the technology services sector and has leadership experience ranging from CEO to Operations Management and Sales leadership. Prior to MIPRO, Eric was co-founder and CEO of a national Information Technology consulting, training and staffing firm providing services to companies in the US. Eric also has previous experience working in account management and leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Travis Piotrowski, VP of Business Transformation
Travis has over 25 years of transformational leadership experience in back office operations and technology. Prior to MIPRO, he was an executive for a Fortune 200 financial services organization. Over his career he has effectively applied Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking tools and mindsets to build multifaceted solutions that are empathetic, effective, and functional in the long-term. He has driven several large-scale transformation efforts encompassing people, process, and technology and has a passion for helping leaders build capabilities to create sustainable organizations through proprietary insights.
Jon Solseth, VP of Business Development, National Accounts
Jon has 15 years of change management leadership experience working at all levels of companies and organizations. He has facilitated Lean Six Sigma deployments working collaboratively with teams all over the globe. Jon has hands on experience leveraging process improvement tools to transform teams, organizations and companies improving both top and bottom lines. He has proven experience-building teams of problem solvers and change management agents to build exceptional corporate change cultures.
David Pahl, VP Data
Dave has over 25 years of advanced analytics, data engineering, data science, and IT leadership experience. This experience is primarily in financial services but also includes consulting experience in manufacturing, health care, and other industries. Prior to working with MIPRO, he was VP of Analytics and Data Science for a fortune 100 financial services organization and most recently, an analytics leadership and delivery consultant.
Pam Haats, VP of Public Sector Services & Midwest
Pam has over 35 years of leadership experience and consulting expertise in local government. Her experiences in creating and sustaining a local government’s continuous improvement program which includes leading many Kaizen events, creating a program to identify and develop future leaders, and establishing a Balanced Scorecard initiative have allowed Pam to develop skills in project management, continuous improvement, creative thinking, innovation, balanced scorecard, Lean, master facilitation, change management, human resources management and performance management. She is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys seeing her many mentees grow into leadership roles.
Jeff Young, Executive Consultant & Advisor
Jeff has 28 years of experience in healthcare, recently as Chief Information Officer for Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Jeff is a recognized information technology and strategic business leader with broad background and successful track record of accelerating achievement of goals.
Didier Rabino, Lean Sensei & Advisor
Didier has 25 years of Lean experience and provides Sensei services guiding the Lean transformation of major organizations in addition to facilitation of continuous improvement training events. His prior responsibilities include VP, Lean Sensei for HealthEast/Fairview where he spent 8 years developing the organization's Lean operating system and coaching senior executives and board members. He is the 27th recipient of the Institute of Engineering Honorary Member Award; the highest honor IIE grants an individual of acknowledged professional eminence who is not a member of the institute. Past recipients include Edwards Deming, Lee Iacocca, W. Von Braun and Herbert C. Hoover.
Tony Chamblin, Lean Sensei
Tony spent 20 years with Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky as a production Team Member, Team Leader and Group Leader where he learned Lean concepts and applied them in the process. In those roles he developed standardized work, set up workstations, applied practical problem solving, coached Quality Circles, Jidoka, Andon usage and worked with Team Leaders and Team Members on Kaizen activities. With MIPRO, Tony consults with customers to advance their continuous improvement initiatives and has worked with companies ranging from food service to banking to federal government to aerospace. Tony is also an Adjunct Instructor with the University of Kentucky in the Center for Lean Manufacturing.
