KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at The Battery Show, from Sept. 13-15, 2022 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan. The KYZEN team will highlight both AQUANOX and METALNOX product lines, with AQUANOX A4626, METALNOX M6355 and M6386 taking the center stage.

AQUANOX A4626 will be the representative for Electronics Assembly Cleaning at the show. AQUANOX A4626 is designed to quickly eliminate polymeric no-clean flux residues while also providing superior results on lead-free and eutectic tin-lead residues. A4626 is easy to use and control, environmentally friendly, has a long tank life and is safe for multi-pass applications.

METALNOX M6355 will be showcased as the premier heavy-duty cleaning chemistry that is designed to meet the stringent demands of precision stamping operations. It effectively removes oil and carbon from steel and aluminum parts without damaging or discoloring. With the chemistry being highly concentrated, it provides an exceptionally long bath life for use in spray-in-air and rotary basket cleaning systems.

Need a star chemistry for your vacuum degreasing system? METALNOX M6386 is your go-to solution to clean polar and non-polar soils. M6386 is a modified alcohol-based solvent blend designed for use in automated vacuum degreasing parts cleaning machines. It is highly efficient on paraffinic and water-based oils, cutting fluids and milling fluids commonly used to forge and cast metal hardware, fasteners and components.

KYZEN’s very own Debbie Carboni will participate in the case study session titled US Charging 2.0: Reviving Our Public Charging Infrastructure, which will take place Thursday, Sept. 15 2:30 – 3 p.m. in the Blue Room. The roundtable discussion will include conversations about charging, and the combination of improvements that can dramatically drive performance, longevity and reliability.
