Before laser cutting: The operator enters the data according to the drawings and carefully checks to avoid errors.
After laser cutting: The operator checks if the product is the correct size if the corner is defective, and if there is a burr on the edge.
Rivet screw: Ensure the flatness of the plate, the verticality of the screw and the plate, and do not loosen. The operator uses the tapping method to test whether the screws are strong.
Rivet nut: Ensure that the nut does not loosen. It is realized by the riveting operation and must not be knocked in. The hardness of the mild steel sheet must be less than 70 RB, and the hardness of the stainless steel sheet must be less than 80 RB.
